While maintenance plans are not required, we highly recommended that at minimum, you purchase our Basic Plan. This ensures your lift is operating properly and safely.

Yes. You can cancel your plan at anytime by contacting Mobility123 directly.

Terms & Conditions

Cases of neglect/ abuse are not covered. Standard fees will apply to service calls that are scheduled outside of Mobility123's normal hours of operation. Carriage removal service does not include removal/ reinstallation of the stairlift rail. If a plan that is paid monthly is canceled, and service has been performed, Mobility123 will continue to bill the account for the remainder of the year.
