Terms & Conditions
Cases of neglect/ abuse are not covered. Standard fees will apply to service calls that are scheduled outside of Mobility123's normal hours of operation. Carriage removal service does not include removal/ reinstallation of the stairlift rail. If a plan that is paid monthly is canceled, and service has been performed, Mobility123 will continue to bill the account for the remainder of the year.
